Höhentraining Dolomiten

Der anstehende Weltcup in Andorra findert auf über 2000 m.ü.M. statt. Deshalb bereite ich mich mit einer Höhenakklimatisierung darauf vor. Nach dem Weltcup in Val di Sole reiste ich direkt für 1.5 Wochen in die Dolomiten und werde anschliessend noch eine Woche in der Alp Flix logieren. Von da aus bestreite ich die SM in Savognin und reise anschliessend nach Andorra. Das Training und den Aufenthalt in den Bergen gefällt mir sehr gut.
Weltcup-Start
25. Mai 2025
Nove Mesto CZE war mein erster Weltcup in dieser Saison. Gespannt, wo ich stehe und etwas nervöser als üblich, freute ich mich auf die tolle Athmosphäre in Tschechien. Im Shorttrack erreichte ich einen soliden 12ten Rang. Im Cross Country Rennen war ich lange in der Spitzengruppe dabei und endete auf Rang 5. Ein hervorragender Start in die Weltcup Saison.

Das Stettli Resort in Churwalden ist unsere neue Team-Homebase und bietet ein herrliches Ambiente für Familien und Gruppen. Unsere Teampräsentation und das gemütliche Beisammensein war ein Erfolg. Hier fühlt man sich Zuhause!

XCO world cup Val di Sole:
Didn’t get off to the best start and lost some time and positions. I actually felt good, so I tried to catch up and find my rhythm throughout the rest of the race. In the end it was place 13. Not really the result I felt capable of on this day, but I’m happy with the fight🙌🏼.

Started from the first row was already a highlight🤩. Then I reached second place and shared the podium with two other swiss girls😍.

First time first row start on sunday, very hyped🥳. Place 6 in a great short track yesterday. After not the best start, I fought my way to the front. I was delighted to lead one lap. The pace up the tough and steep climb was hard to keep up until the end and from the middle of the race i fought for position 6.
See you tomorow🤩.
Really satisfied with my 5th place in Nove Mesto🥳. Good legs, strong feeling, smooth lines and a lot of fun. The next world cup can come🤩

Finished on 12th place in todays short track at @uci_mtbworldseries Nove Mesto 🇨🇿.
Some things were good, some things to improve.

🥇🔥🥳, A lot of roots and a bumpy track at Haiming. Tried to ride the race in a good flow, on smooth lines and focussed until the end. It worked out, I felt strong and could win this HC race. Super happy about that🤩.

Racing at @bikerevolutionseries Engelberg yesterday was fun😊. Quite slippery track made it to a hard course. After a challenging start I batteled in the U23 leader group but lost them due to a mistake in a tricky section. I continued to fight for third place, where I was able to cross the finishline. Satisfied with my race. Next race on Sunday at Haiming📍.

Winning the HC race at Nals today means a lot to me. Felt strong, rode a good rhythm together with @anina_mtb and was able to get away for the last two laps. Special that my younger brother also won in the U23 mens category #siblinggoals 🥳👯♂️💕
